Linens are provided, but only the beach towels are for use in the pool or beach areas. White towels must be kept in the condo.

Great location

Beautifully updated space. Had everything you need for your visit from toiletries, beach necessities, kitchen appliances and utensils. Property managers check in with you throughout your stay. Location is great with just walking to the beach and not having to worry about parking anywhere. Was a very busy weekend but the place quotes down at night.

This condo is perfect for 2 people! It is decorated so gorgeous just like the pictures show. It was great to have beach chairs and beach towels to use! Great stay for sure!

Excellent Condo

The condo was first class, really tastefully appointed with everything you need for a great stay. Right on the beach with a couple of superb restaurants within walking distance. Dealing with Stephanie was super easy, the whole experience from start to finish was top notch. Go ahead and book this place, you won’t be disappointed. We would have stayed another week if we could.

Great condo!

This condo is just steps away from the beach and it was so clean and very well decorated. The bed was comfortable and the AC in both the bedroom and the living area worked great. I highly recommend anyone staying at New Smyrna Beach to rent this condo because it is worth every penny.

Great vacation!

Super updated place, although the complex overall was not. However, It was the perfect getaway, steps away from the beach & had all the essentials for us to enjoy a beach trip. Walking distance to a couple restaurants. We had the best dinner at SoNapa, 10/10 recommend eating there while staying, a plus that we were able to walk there.

Cozy modern beach home

Well maintained property with new furnishings. Kitchen and bathroom was well stocked. Nice pool area, and right by the beach. Hostess was lovely to deal with. Would love to go back someday :)

Gorgeous Condo

It was so easy to book this condo for the week we wanted. The condo we stayed in is updated, nicely decorated and gorgeous! Very homey with everything you’d need from home. It had a 12 Cup coffee maker (which was important to us). Large TV’s which was nice for watching March Madness! Back patio was nice to sit and relax while having a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The condo has beach towels to use if you didn’t bring your own. The best part, Stephanie and Craig were so easy to communicate with us during our stay!! Highly recommend staying in 303!!

A clean and very well equipped property. Excellent for beach access and close to many good places to eat and shop. Only blip was entrance codes had been changed and we weren’t notified. This was soon corrected after a call to Stephanie. We enjoyed our stay at New Smyrna Beach.

Nicely decorated and well stocked condo directly on the beach. Felt like home with all the special touches. Great place to celebrate the new year with a fireworks display on the beach. Close to town. Perfect beach to take walks. Owner quickly responded to any questions and also provided information on restaurants and activities in the area. Looking forward to staying again.

Beautiful condo for two

While the complex is a bit dated, don't be fooled. This condo is adorable inside and perfect for two people. It was incredibly well appointed. The bed was comfortable and there was a selection of pillows to, like Goldilocks, get the perfect one. It had everything we needed to enjoy our visit to NSB. We were there to visit family but took time each day to walk the beach and swim in the pool. We would definitely book again.My only comment to potential renters, make sure you have the building security code handy as well as the room code when checking in. We checked in after dark in a storm and my old eyes had a hard time finding the building code.

The condo was sweet and quaint. It was so clean and comfortable. We had all the things we needed and then some. I appreciated the ease of the communication between the owner and myself. She was always available and promptly answered any questions. We would 100 percent stay again.

This has been my favorite of all the places we e stay. Beautifully decorated, perfect size for me and my husband. It’s just a 1 bedroom, but seems so much larger. The kitchen was stocked with anything you would need. When I did ask a question, I received a response immediately. I highly recommend the property.

Rental for weekend wedding

It fit our needs very well. The complex is older and right on the street but that’s how they all are in this town. Beach is right there and walkable. The condo itself was very nice and clean. I think it was very reasonably priced.
