A219-If you are looking for a condo sure to please the whole family, you won't want to miss this picture perfect 2 bed/2 bath oceanfront unit. Win-San's complex is the closest oceanfront condo to Flagler Avenue shopping, dining, and more! With just 42 units in this family friendly community, you will have plenty of room to relax at the pool. The unit is clean and bright, and the price is exactly right!

We call this unit an "ocean view townhouse". This is a two-story unit boasting ocean views from the interior rooms of your unit. Take a short walk outside or just sit in your recliner and watch the waves. The kitchen is inviting with bright stainless-steel appliances, stunning granite counter tops, bright white cabinets. The living has wonderful ocean views and sliding glass doors that flow directly out to the balcony where you can enjoy the amazing views. The master is spacious with a king size bed that overlooks the pool/ beach. The spare bedroom has a queen and bunk beds with a full on bottom and a twin-size bed on top, both bedrooms have TVs' for your viewing pleasure as well at the living room. Two full baths allow for privacy, one upstairs between the two bedrooms and the other conveniently located downstairs off the kitchen. Washer and dryer are on site but not in the unit.

We pride ourselves on ensuring that every unit is clean and bright, and this complex is no exception. Amenities such as sheets, towels, cookware allow you to just bring your suitcase. Management is available whether it is a question about your unit, or a restaurant recommendation, we are there to assist! AWESOME! We'll Be Back!

The condo was immaculate, well stocked, and perfectly located. Everything was within walking distance -> the beach, shops & restaurants. If you'd rather stay in for a meal, you'll have everything you need to cook, serve, eat, and clean-up. We brought our own towels, but they had plenty on premises as well. The bed was extremely comfortable and the linens smelled fresh and clean. We only had to reach out once to the NSB Realty Team about a parking permit and they promptly responded. I was a little nervous about going through a company I was not familiar with, but they seem to really care about customer service and exceeded our expectations! Everything was easy - from booking, checking in and checking out. Thank you for making our much needed time away a care free and enjoyable experience! We will definitely be back!

We love our unit and the previous Win-San. NSB Realty was fair, Janine was prompt in answering any problems we had. "Do nothing Shane was a waste." You could never get Sentry on the phone and they never returned your call. The construction was necessary, the problems were difficult at times but understandable. We feel the owners dropped the ball on this one.we have come there fifteen years and always felt at ease, not so this year

Beautiful Condo & View - Great Location

The A219 Win-San condo provides the guest with an unobstructed view of the ocean! My husband and I enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the sunrise/set and relaxing during the day seeing all of the ocean beauty (when we weren't on the beach or at the pool). The condo was beautifully decorated with a beach theme. Win-San is two doors down from the Breakers restaurant (one of our favorite places), where you can have lunch/dinner, a drink and watch the waves come in. Shops are right around the corner. You don't need to drive anywhere unless you need groceries or want to go out and explore downtown New Smyrna Beach or go to one of the fabulous local restaurants. We met several of the owners and guests – all so friendly and welcoming! A few, we have kept in contact with since our trip to New Smyrna Beach. NSB Realty was awesome to work with! I accidentally left a ring of mine on the dresser. I called Jeanine and she had someone on the cleaning staff look for it….and they found it! They are shipping my ring to my home! (Of course, my husband offered to go back down to NSB to pick it up  ). I'd rent there again!! I'd rent there again!!

NSB Reality was great to work with. Condo was well represented by the photos. It is a small complex so it was quiet. Pool area was great and the views are amazing. Interior of condo is updated, clean and served our group very well! We will definitely stay there again!
