"This hotel was fine. Our only suggestion would be to make it possible to control the temperature within an individual room as it became stuffy/warm in the night. Access to ice in the lobby would be nice as well. We had a nice stay, though."

"The hotel is well-situated on the middle of Smith College. It’s about a 15mn walk into Northampton. The hotel is clean, but looks like it was flipped, rather than having a full renovation. The bathroom is basic, and the water in the shower never gets hot, lukewarm at best. The sink gets hot, but not the shower…seems like a way to save money. The bed is comfortable, and the split-unit works fine. Breakfast is good and the lounge area is pleasant, as are the outdoor areas that provide seating. The staff are delightful and very attentive. The hotel is a safe and solid place to stay."

"The faucet blew off the shower wall and water was every place. The door of the room looked like someone had previously tried breaking into it. The elevators didnt work and the pool was under construction. The breakfast was less than desirable! "
