"We really enjoyed staying here. The property was exactly as described in the listing!!!! Many things available for use while there...such as beach towels, chairs, kayaks, games, lounge chairs, Netflix on the TVs, and soooo much more. We were here in early May and saw manatees as well! The only thing worth noting is that the stairs might be difficult to climb for anyone elderly or walking handicap."

"I stay on the river every year with a group to do a paddle board trip. The location was perfect, was a short paddle from the main river and walking distance from the restaurant and Roger’s park. The house looks like it was recently renovated, it’s super cute and there was plenty of room for our large group. We loved sitting out on the dock and also loved there was a separate porch/room with a tv, the girls pretty much took over the house so the guys sat out there and watched tv. No major issues,...

"Our stay was nice. The one large disappointment is the listing lists spa/hot tub which I was really looking forward to. Unfortunately there is none.😩 The master bedroom bed is very comfortable, but the other beds definitely need updating. Furniture is clean but older. Listed starter laundry soap, there was none. The beach umbrella had no bottom piece, so was not usable."

"We had a great time at this lovely home. It's within walking distance to Publix and several other shops and restaurants. The home was comfortable and clean. When we arrived, the pool had a lot of tree debris in it (understandable-there was a storm that afternoon) and we noticed that the net to clean the pool was badly torn. I texted the management company and got several automated responses before hearing that they would send someone out the next day. A pool guy did come and cleaned the pool but...

"We had a spot on the 2nd floor on the very end near the entrance, and the unit had carpet that seemed damp whem we came in. No smell, was super clean, large and luxurious beds etc but carpet should go. The check in was amazing. Loved the pool, the restaurant, the staff and the.little beach was wonderful. There is a strong odor outside from the water that smelled lile sulfur. We werent sure what causes that, but it didnt affect the pool area, only the beach and environs..I read that it might be...
