"Our AC made a terrible/loud noise the first night. No one slept. I told the front desk the next day (all the desk workers and bell service were fantastic and helpful!)! They got us a new room which did take all day to get it but it was okay so since we were out and about but we did need to be there when they needed us to move all our stuff out. The first view was 75% roof and 25% beach-ish and I paid extra for a view of the ocean…not roof. The pools were great, staff/food service at the pool was great. the game room was great, the nighttime movie was fantastic for the kids. Kinda lame we had to pay to park since we were staying there but I understand it just comes with the location. Overall, I was pretty satisfied."
