Gulf Coast Waterfront Home!

Bring the boat! Waterfront pet friendly 2/2 home with drive on boat dock! Park the boat in the backyard and be out on the water to some of the best fishing and sandbars in the country! This home is furnished with one queen and one full size bed and equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy your stay in the wonderful sunshine state. Located in the best neighborhood in New Port Richey, 10 minutes from downtown NPR with many dining and shopping options! Right off US 19 makes it easy to get to all that this beautiful area has to offer; only 30 minutes from TIA!

*No crazy checkout instructions! I want guests to enjoy to enjoy their time and not have to worry about doing chores while on their trip. Only rules are please respect the house and the neighbors.

FYI- Their is a bridge that you must go under from the house to the gulf that can get pretty tight for a boat with a fixed T-Top during high tide. Biminis may need to be down depending on the tide.

Very nice property. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. The updates were all quality - tile floors, quartz counters, etc. Kitchen had everything we needed and the pans and knives were good quality. Great property. Highly recommend.

Roy was a wonderful host and his house was just as good! Clean, close to restaurants and anything that you might need. Trips to the beach and to the old part of New Port Richey and to Tarpon Springs were right around the corner! The neighborhood was quiet and sitting on the deck on the canal was very relaxing. We’d definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay, the home is very clean, kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Communication was exceptional. Only thing we missed was a toaster but we survived haha. Lovely neighborhood to walk around, met some nice fellow walkers. Hope to rent there again!

Yes, we brought our senior border collie and boxer mix, they loved it. Lounged in the morning sun in the screened in porch and enjoyed walks in the neighborhood.The house was marvelous. Location is great, close to restaurants and shopping. Perfect size for 2. Host was available for any questions, and communicated very well in regards to the house. Great experience and looking forward to staying again at this home.

This house is a beautiful gem. The neighborhood is amazing. The decor in the house is simple and gorgeous. Fabulous canal views and so many birds come to visit. It’s so close to Seafire restaurant and an easy drive to Tarpon Springs. The property owner is kind and gracious and give really good instructions about working the television in the check-in info
