Cotee River Tiki Hut

My friends say the house is haunted. Lol! The man that built the house is also said to haunt the downtown Suncoast stage theater. You can make your own decision. If Willard does haunt the house he is a nice ghost.

If only staying one night contact me for a reduction in the cleaning fee.

Cute studio bungalow with a small kitchen and a full-size bathroom with a shower. Private dock. Boaters Paradise is located on the Cotee River about .5 mi from the open Gulf. Bring your fresh catch (grouper, tuna, Mahi, snook, sheepshead, and more) and, throw it on the grill. Giant outside property on the river with dock access.

Surrounded by several tiki bars within kayaking distance. Can also, kayak to downtown, Sims Park, Durney Key, Anclote Key, and several sandbars.

There are several places close by to rent Craig Cats, kayaks, boats, paddle boards, and bicycles.

Visit downtown New Port Richey with several new restaurants, breweries, and bars. Check out Sims Park for festivals and concerts. Try Tropical Breeze Casino.

Very comfortable and clean, perfect getaway beautiful scenic view from your room and the dock was great for fishing and launching the kayaks that were provided, Amy was a wonderful host

Did a staycation here and it was everything we hoped it would be! Such a cute and relaxing spot on the water. Not far ftom the quaint downtown of New Port Richey so lots of nearby eats/drinks! Would def recommend this spot and stay here again myself!!

Beautiful little studio apartment with breathtaking views of the river. Extremely easy to find and close to restaurants and activities. The only potential downside is that the metal spiral staircase which could be a problem for those with physical issues. It was not a problem for us but we did have to carry our elderly dog up and down the steps. Otherwise our stay was perfect and we would definitely recommend

A fantastic and simple studio type apartment for a long weekend in the area. Excellent location on the river and an easy drive to a number of great spots in the area. Definitely a spot to save for the future.
