"This home is clean and spacious. With it being a rainy weekend, we could make use of the 3 TVs. Plus, we were very close to downtown and the farmer’s market and cute little shops. The Greenway would definitely have been used for a beautiful river walk in good weather."

"Room was clean, but not painted completely. Shower needed work.Smelled musty. The online listing said it averaged 5 stars. I don’t see how."

"Only about 15-20 minutes to Louisville KY. Had a great time!"

"The carriage house was very roomy and nice. We would definitely stay here again."

"The host was very attentive and understanding."

"The property was clean, decorated nicely and within walking distance to all of the restaurants in downtown New Albany!"

"We love staying at this location when we come to Louisville. It’s a great apartment that is conveniently located. Love the view of the Big Four Bridge at night!"

"Our stay of TEN days, was perfect for our needs…as we were in town to visit family. The location was close to most every place we needed to go. The place was clean with hard wood & tile throughout. The bed was comfy, air conditioning was cool, the quiet neighborhood felt safe & the owner & caretaker were very responsive and helpful when needed. My favorite feature was the big, old fashioned front porch with the swing!!! It was the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, evening beverage…making...

"The house was beautiful and clean. The stay was very pleasant and the neighborhood was very quiet, while still minutes away from all convenient shopping and entertainment."
