The Particular Point Loft is a spacious 1000 sqft. apartment located on the second floor of a historic Algiers Point building. This private space is perfect for solo travelers and couples.

In the bedroom is a comfy king-size bed and desk for getting some work done. The living room has plentiful seating and a daybed. We have ultra fast WiFi and a smart TV with free YouTubeTV and HBO Max.

The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator/freezer, oven/stove, microwave, toaster and coffeemaker. The private bathroom has a tub/shower combo and a sink. Fresh linens, towels and essential amenities are provided.

Please note: the apartment is on the second floor, up one flight of stairs. The bedroom is separate from the living room and semi-private, but there is no bedroom door.

Awesome stay

Had a great time in New Orleans. Property was just as described. Easy check in and check out process. Everything you needed was included. Wish it wasn’t ad foggy so we could’ve experienced the ferry. Had a blast! Thanks Aaron!

The stairs were a bit challenging with luggage but the loft was spacious and bright. Short drive to the ferry landing so it was convenient to the French Quarter and places of interest as well as restaurants and barsrestaurants, bar4

Perfect Algiers Point getaway

I own and operate a VRBO in Tucson, AZ. These folks get the right idea -- they have thought of everything you need! The apt is spacious and clean. They even have a turntable! (I bought one just like it when I got home and dragged out my old LPs.) You won't be disappointed in the apt or Algiers Point... the best kept secret in New Orleans. I can't wait to stay there again.

Chilling in Old Algiers VRBO

Charming, spacious, quiet, comfortable apartment in Old Algiers. Not for visitors expecting luxurious condo living, but excellent as an oasis to escape the action across the river. Effectively managed. We recommend this place!
