From the moment you arrive, our home captivates you with bright colors, endless textures, and unique design features worthy of photos! Sun filled windows, and thoughtful guest touches throughout, you'll feel right at home here in one of our 4 themed bedrooms. Plan to make memories and meals in our well-appointed kitchen featuring updated cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an adjacent dining table.

This property abounds with special amenities, including a splash of tech enabled features, including High-Speed WiFi, flatscreen TV's with streaming services, 3 full bathrooms, washer and dryer in-unit, large backyard, and colorful art and decor to round out the authentic experience.

Our bright and open space is the perfect setting for a larger groups or families looking to take in the ultimate New Orleans experience. The modern home can sleep up to 10 guests. Each bedroom features plush linens and bedding, as well as cloud like mattresses. The bedroom configurations are as follows:

Bedroom 1 (Disco Room): 2 Sets of Twin Bunkbeds
Bedroom 2 (Country Room): 1 Queen Bed
Bedroom 3 (Rock'N'Roll Room): 1 Queen Bed
Bedroom 4 (Jazz Room):1 King Bed with en suite bathroom

The home is professionally cleaned prior to every stay and stocked with plenty of linens and towels for your group.

From beautiful sights, taste bud tingling foods, and vibrant live music, who wouldn’t want to visit?! We recommend using public transportation, including streetcars, buses, Uber or Lyft during your stay. For another fun way to explore the area, try Blue Bikes, a ride sharing bike rental all around the city. If you are driving in, there is plenty of on-street parking.

Things To Note:
Pets (up to 25 pounds) are welcome with a fee of $250 per stay. Any extra dog is a $100 fee.

Upon acceptance of your reservation, you will receive a welcome letter containing all of the information you need to access the home and ensure your stay is a memorable one! If you have any additional questions, we are available at any time to assist.

In addition to our indoor space, our outdoor area is the perfect place to relax after a long day out in New Orleans on your feet. There is plenty of seating out there to entertain your guests.

Located in the heart of Mid-City, this space is right where you want to stay for your New Orleans vacation! 4 blocks from the Canal Blv. Streetcar Line, 10 minutes from the French Quarter and the Superdome, and minutes from some of the cities best eats! We recommend Pizza Dominica, Katies Restaurant & Bar, & Willie Mae's, just to name a few!

You're 4 blocks from the Canal Streetcar line, which will take you right into downtown. It's $1.25 per ride, $3 for a 1 day Jazzy Pass, and $9 for a 3 day Jazzy Pass. We always recommend using Uber and Lyft to get around the city at night.

PARKING- There are two dedicated spots for the unit in the driveway. The neighbor to the left is very picky about parking and will have you towed if you park in front of that home on the left. The parking spot is just too small to allow cars to park in the driveway with a car parked there. Street parking is also available just in front, and further down the road.

STRICT NO LOCAL POLICY- Please note that we do not rent out to locals due to guests hosting unwarrented events, parties. Anyone who is 50 miles away is considered a local.

From check it was made so easy. The host had everything ready for us and instructions were easy to follow. The house..Well it was just amazing. Everything we could have hoped for. It had everything.. I usually bring the kitchen sink with me but did not need it. Every room had something fun and exciting. Can I just tell you pictures do not do it justice. Oh and as far as location it was great. Close to everything.... The neighborhood was quiet and family based. We met a family from next door. So sweet and curtious. Parking did seem to be a little tight looking but once we got the hang of it there were no problems. We definitely want to stay again.Thank u and urs for making a great home away from home.

One time in Nola…

What drew me to the property was the grass wall with the neon sign, so imagine my surprise as I bring in my ring light for my photo shoot, to see that the neon sign is no longer on the wall. As well as the records wall. Both items were gone. Just a little disheartening but the property was nice and clean and the host communicated the whole time. The only con was the neon sign not being there. Master bathroom was very nice and the outdoor section was a hit with my friends.
