The condo is located in the heart of downtown New Orleans, adjacent to The Waldorf Astoria Roosevelt Hotel, across the street from the Orpheum Theatre, only a block from the French Quarter, Saenger Theatre, and within walking distance to the Mercedes Benz Superdome and Smoothie King Center. Every booking is instantly confirmed. Every call or message is answered within 30 minutes. Every home is equipped with crisp linens, high-speed Wi-Fi, and kitchen and bath essentials—everything you need for an exceptional stay. This beautifully decorated condo has an open floor plan with panoramic city views from the dining, living area, and bedrooms. The condo also boasts updated appliances and several upgrades for guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dinnerware, and silverware. Also, the condo has a washer, dryer, central air, and heat. Upgrades include a drip coffee maker, clothes iron, blow dryer, & smart TV.

• Local Resident Restrictions: Guests residing within a 40-mile radius must contact the host before booking.
• Age Requirement: Travelers must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• No Smoking: This is a non-smoking building. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building, including the rooms. Any violation of this policy will incur a $250 fine, plus cleaning costs to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and linens.
• No Pets: Pets are not allowed. Violating the pet policy may result in a $500 fine. Guests with service animals are encouraged to contact us before booking.
• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Liability Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking areas.
• Guest Limits: The number of guests on the reservation cannot exceed the number specified in the booking. This includes visitors. Failure to comply with the guest limit may result in cancellation of the reservation.
• Late Check-ins: For same-day late check-ins, prior approval from the host is required before booking.
