Located in a historical build one block from St Charles parade route and 1 block from Canal and bourbon Street. You can even see the parade from the rooftop. This historical building offers magnificent grand lobby showcasing Swarovski crystal chandeliers, hand sculpted antique bronze elevators, opulent floor to ceiling marble walls, and the luxury of a 24-hour doorman concierge. Building amenities include two gyms, large sauna, yoga studio, movie theater, largest rooftop desk in all of downtown, lots of lounging areas on rooftop, outdoor kitchen and grills. Rooftop show cases amazing downtown and French quarter views. Unit has a futon in the living room and can sleep two in the bedroom and two on the futon.
