The staff was friendly. The breakfast was standard and the area was clean. Our room was NOT clean. The bathroom was dirty- there was hair on the floor in 3 different places along with visible urine to the side of the toilet and the floors were visibly dirty and sticky. There were no extra linens for the pull out couch. The rest of the room was fine.
