I stayed at this wonderful house with 5 girlfriends for the Taylor Swift concert and our stay was more than easy and enjoyable! Safe gated parking area, many walkable restaurants, coffee shops, etc. the owner is a delightful hostess and the place is an authentic New Orleans feel house! We will stay here again!

My group of 5 friends stayed here to celebrate our 40th birthdays. Karen was so kind to meet us when we checked in to acquaint us with the house and the area. There was plenty of room to spread out. The neighborhood was quiet, and having dedicated gated parking was a huge plus. It was an easy walk or a short drive to lots of great restaurants and sightseeing. We would stay here again!

This property was as advertised. Easy access and a perfect location for our needs. We came for a Saints game and the WWll museum. The beds, baths,kitchen were all excellent and the location was very safe. Karen was easily accessible and checking in was a breeze. We definitely enjoyed our 3 night stay and would do it again.

The place was the perfect size for us four. The host was amazing. Super sweet and provided tons of suggestions on where to go for all kinds of activities. The home was very clean and the AC worked amazingly (iykyk). If we ever return to NOLA we would definitely stay here again.

We will definitely return to this home!! There are 2 side-by-side units available with slightly different sleeping arrangements, so make sure you confirm the unit/beds before you arrive.

Great location. Quick uber to the French Quarter or a brief walk to catch the trolly. The home is beautiful and well maintained. Our host Karen is a delight and provided good tips on places to eat. Very kind during all interactions. Very much recommend staying here.

Karen was so friendly and this place was such a wonderful spot in the Garden District! We were right off great things on Magazine street, the slightly elevated and gated parking came in handy during a rainstorm that turned into a bit of flash flooding, and Karen bought us a few things from the store for our coffee and breakfast beforehand. Would highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a great spot with friends!

We came to this property my husband and another couple. Karen the owner was great. We were able to park are vehicle there early and she notified us when the property was ready. The place worked out perfect for us and the rental was actually bigger than we thought it would be. I would highly recommend this property and Karen was great to us.

Loved it. Perfect for our group. A few kitchen items need attention: the garbage disposal, oven light in the stove, and ice maker in the freezer was frozen. All very minor and did not hamper our thrill with the property. I would suggest it for anyone needing several bedrooms and bathrooms. Karen was responsive to our needs. The location was perfect for this trip.

Nice apartment in the garden district. Conveniently located 2 blocks from the trolley. Karen and Paul made sure we were comfortable and had what we needed to enjoy our stay. Karen gave us great suggestions of good places to eat and what to see while we were in NOLA. Overall, a good time was had by all during our adult family reunion trip to NOLA.

We were raised in New Orleans and usually go back several times a year. This was one of the best places we have stayed over the years. Off street gated parking. Easy access to streetcar, and walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Large bedrooms and living areas. And Karen was a joy to work with and offered several times to get us groceries or anything that we needed. We will certainly stay here again.

If you want to experience NOLA, this beautifully decorated and authentic NOLA style home will please you from the first step inside. We immediately appreciated the art, decor, tall ceilings and open air access. Front porches were for a warmer day. We will be back and stay again. Icing on top? The hosts were extra accommodating and so friendly.

We loved staying at this place. Our two (grown) sons had never been to NOLA so were happy to fly in from CA and UT to join us for a mini-reunion, and this was the perfect setting. Lots of space, lots of great neighborhood walks and joints, and close to both the freeway and the St. Charles streetcar. We used it as a base to go to French Quarter, City Park, walking tours, the Destrehan plantation and restaurants all over town, but we also just hung out there. Hosts were very helpful, wireless worked well, and the NOLA-style potato chips that greeted us were fabulous.

House was everything we hoped. We were three mid 70s women celebrating our birthdays together. There was plenty of room to sit and talk. Everything was clean and plenty of extra towels, blankets and pillows. Beds were very comfortable. Host who lives downstairs was couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Easy to walk to many places. Good little coffee places in the neighborhood.

What a beautiful house! My girlfriends and I came to town to celebrate my birthday. 6 of us in all and there was more than enough room. Karen was fantastic! Met us at the house at check in with bagels with cream cheese, bananas and coffee with condiments for our stay. She provided us with a plethora of information about the area. Location was perfect as it is so close to the streetcar which got us everywhere we wanted to go but also in a peaceful neighborhood for when we were back to rest. I definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting New Orleans!

This place was amazing! Centrally located to shopping and the cable cars. The cable car stop was only 2 blocks away, and the hop on hop off bus stop was about 4-6 blocks. Parking was available on site and the driveway was gated. This was a safe neighborhood to walk in as well, with a wonderful grocery store just a few blocks away, and a pharmacy across the street from the market. Everything is close and easily accessible (even close to a hospital). The house was very well equipped with plenty of dishes, cookware/utensils as well as towels and blankets- and the beds were comfortable. The owners have taken great care to ensure that their guests have everything they need, they even had extra shampoos, hairdryers, and laundry soap available. All the bedrooms and showers were upstairs, so if you have trouble walking stairs, this isn't the place for you. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back again!

We had 5 adults staying in this flat and Karen was such an awesome host! She had everything to start out the day, coffee, fruit, muffins. Beds are very comfortable along with a safe gated entry and parking for rent-a-car. Gorgeous neighborhood along with a wonderful balcony and patio space to enjoy your morning coffee. Thank you Karen!
