This was a perfect location for being right near the french quarter. We happened to be staying here during the big blizzard in Jan 2025 and the host made it very easy to extend our stay on a day by day basis as our flights kept cancelling.

The apartment was cute and great for two people. There were nearby shops and restaurants, but expect to walk a ways to the French Market or main bar scene. Parking was across the street, but pretty expensive.

This was an excellent little apartment very very close to Bourbon Street. Walking distance to almost everywhere! And even when We took a lift. It was not very expensive. Great little apartment great location!

This apartment was just the right size for my friend and me! The unit was clean and the location was great! Bring a white noise machine or download an app as it is a ground floor apartment with the bedroom window on the street. The host was very communicative through our entire stay. I love New Orleans and was super excited about this trip. Took a chance on this listing even though it was new and my stay exceeded all my expectations. The host was super responsive, the location was convenient to Bourbon Street (only a block away), restaurants and shopping on Canal Street and my trip was so much FUN! I highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a clean, cozy and convenient place to stay when visiting one of the best cities in the world!

The place itself is great. But right outside the window, all night long, you will have drunks, loud cars, garbage trucks, and police sirens. The owner should invest in blackout curtains for the bedroom. The windows let in light which makes sleep near impossible. Other than that- fantastic location and a great host! Very easy to work with and the place was clean and had everything we needed.

The location is amazing! Right in the middle of the French quarter and easily walkable to so many spots. The apartment had everything we needed and we loved having access to the rooftop pool and chairs. The apartment is right in the street and there aren't curtains in the bedroom (fogged glass) so I do see how if you're not a hard sleeper the light and sound from the street can bother you. Lastly, communication with the host was very easy and smooth. Overall a great stay for our time in the French Quarter!

The condo was perfect for my boyfriend and I. It is even cuter than the pictures. It is within a block of Bourbon Street so we were able to get home easily after a night on the town. The rooftop pool was very nice after a hot afternoon exploring. I definitely suggest earplugs because the city never sleeps. Lol. There arent ant curtains so I would also suggest a sleep mask if youre light sensitive. Overall i loved yhe condo and would definitely rent again. Andy was very responsive when I messaged him.

My sister and I have been to New Orleans several times and stayed at different places. This apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious, and the perfect location to everything. We are both very light sleepers and the noise is real BUT we both slept well. One thing I wasn’t expecting was to pay $40 a night for parking. The garage is conveniently across from the apartment, thank goodness. We will definitely be staying again.
