This newly renovated apartment with private entrance is located above a retail shop on famous Magazine St. known for boutiques, art galleries, antique shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. The second-floor apartment is bright and airy with a large private rooftop deck to enjoy your morning coffee and French pastries from the best bakery in New Orleans - La Boulangerie, right next door. Enjoy sunset on the deck before you head out to one of the fabulous New Orleans restaurants within a few blocks - La Petite Grocery, Casamentos, or Dominiques just to name a few. Best stay ever
I was in NOLA for a week long class and stayed at this great apartment. Louis, the host, was responsive and helpful when I was booking and checking in. The unit was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the outdoor seating area was a perfect spot to have morning coffee. Two doors down is a fantastic French bakery for breakfast or lunch. The neighbor felt very safe. I will stay here again and again. Thank you Louis for a great stay!

Perfect place for me
As a first time vrbo guest I found this apartment to be the perfect place for my visit to nola. Semi-isolated and yet steps from the bustle of Magazine St. It was very clean, neat and easy to settle into. The host was extremely proactive and helpful. I would definitely return for future visits and recommend to family and friends.

Great Location, Lovely Apartment
Louis was an amazing host. Answered all of my questions promptly. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had all of the basic necessities. Restaurants, cafes and shops outside your door. It was convenient since I went to a Tulane graduation. My daughters gave it a 👍 also. The steps are a bit steep so wouldn’t recommend for handicap or elderly.

Spring break in New Orleans
Me and my 16 yrs old son stayed 4 days in March 2024. Appt. is small but works perfectly for 2. It is very clean and conveniently located on Magazine street. Great breakfast place is literally next door and a lot of nice restaurants in walking distance. We used tram to get to the downtown/french quarter and lyft to get in other paces. Highly recommend for a small party (one or 2 people). One thing to note: there is no views - windows are looking at the next door roofs. It worked for us but if view is something that is important than this appartemtn simply does not have it.
