Our experience took an unexpected turn when we arrived at our rental property, only to find that no one was there to greet us or open the doors. Frustration set in as we waited, but fortunately, Vrbo stepped in with outstanding support. They responded promptly to our situation and arranged for us to stay in a nearby hotel for three nights. It was a relief to have such a quick and thoughtful solution during what could have been a very stressful situation.
Stayed 33 nights in Oct 2024
