This 3-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to New Orleans. Each bedroom features a queen bed, ensuring a superb night's sleep for all guests. With 2 bathrooms equipped with hair dryers and 1 shower, 1 tub/shower. The living room offers additional space with a cozy sofa bed for overflow. The property is equipped with a full kitchen and modern appliances.
We are located directly on the Rampart streetcar line which runs the length of the French Quarter. There is a lush private courtyard with 1 secure off-street covered parking spot and ample street parking for other cars.
We are a short walk to the historic French Quarter and Frenchmen Street with numerous restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and live music within 5-10 minutes.

Take the streetcar or a quick Uber/Lyft to the Super Dome, Saenger Theater, Convention Center, The Fairgrounds, and more!

Our stay at this house was absolutely wonderful! Our group of six fit very comfortably. The house was spotless upon our arrival, was stocked with any amenity you could need, and has a great location. There are tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries close by and the neighborhood is very unique and charming. The host is incredibly kind, responsive and flexible. We were visiting for Jazz Fest and it is a great home base for the festival. Highly recommend this place and will be back as soon as possible!
