"Centrally located, to everything, walkable to some eateries and Dunkin nearby, lots of parking"

"Was way too many stairs, was unaware of how many, pictures of place very deceiving, the stair railing was wobbly, and then there was work being done on it and no to very little railing, the chemicals that were used to clean the place was very overwhelming to the point of myself being sick the whole time I was there, also very strong air freshener, there was 18 steps to the porch and another 13 to the bedrooms and bathroom, the motion lights would go on an off all by themselves, the volume on the...

"Room was spacious enough and very clean. The bedding smelled like fabric softener. Love that clean smell. William is great at communicating. "Clean and well appointed."

"Jazz is a delightful theme throughout the building with each unit decorated to pay tribute to a jazz great. The Billie suite is the best and the Duke room needs some updating but is serviceable. The hosts were extremely friendly and resourceful, greeted me in person, and accommodated my requests promptly. The clean and large communal kitchen and the in-room coffee machine is a plus. Conveniently located close to downtown."

"Really nice place!"

"William was very nice and so was the room! Very comfortable bed with a nice clean bathroom and nice air conditioning! Would definitely stay here again!"
