"Stayed one night while in town for a youth soccer tournament. The room itself was fine — the bathroom was really clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. But a few real issues worth knowing about. First, the indoor pool and hot tub were closed for "planned maintenance" through the end of the year, yet nothing about that was shown when I booked. Odd for a renovation they knew about in advance. Second, there's a freight train track right next to the hotel, and trains ran all night blaring...

"Very comfortable and clean"

"Ann was excellent at reception. HOT water took 10 plus minutes to warm up and never really did warm up."

"Great location, nice views, very clean."

"The biscuits and gravy for breakfast is good loved the breakfast"

"I booked the wrong cabins, could not get into my room with the door code given. The mgr came over snd so nicely explained that I was at the wrong cabins! She was so very helpful! My cabin was very clean, had a gas stove, microwave, stocked cupboards, nice sized bathroom snd good windows for light. I could hear the waves breaking against the jetty at night, nice high chairs on the deck and well lit."

"Very nice large double Queen room with balcony and view through the trees of the ocean, located up high on a cliff. There was a wooden staircase down to the beach within the hotel grounds which was nice for easy access. Room was modern and clean. Restaurant was closed for dinner due to low season, but decent complimentary breakfast. Easy parking and stair access and friendly staff."
