"It took an hour in line to check in"

"No water in pool and construction outside of room. Drove hours for a decent hotel with an indoor pool and there wasnt one when we got there. Asked for a refund within 1 hour of check in and was refused. Desk lied to booking agent. The whole experience was terrible. Check out is at 11am, was locked out of my room at 9:45am"

"Clean room. Comfortable bed. Nice linens and towels. Staff was courteous, kind and helpful. The air/ heating system was very noisy. "

"Quite a walk to most of the restaurants, shops and casinos if you’re staying in the tower! So beware. Also we found alot of the staff were just plain rude and unhelpful. One person actually rolled her eyes at me when I asked where a restaurant was, like I was a nuisance. Also some seemed to not know much. If it’s your first time there I hope you find a nice staff person to help you. We will go back because I give what I get and a few found that out! Definitely a lot to do and keep you busy and enough varied food. Enjoy"

"The location was Great! The place was really Clean GYM was extra loaded with machines and other stuff not just 3 weights. Wish I would of taken bathing suit because pool looked great"
