The outdoor stone patio with gas firepit overlooks a manicured lawn and acres of undisturbed fields. Look to the east for gorgeous panoramic views of Mount Kearsarge. Only 5 minutes from I-89 & New London Park N Ride. 22 minutes to Lebanon/Hanover, 30 minutes to Concord, NH, 90 minutes to Boston.

Large family room off the kitchen, Cozy living room with grand piano, and roomy dining room seating 10. 4 bedrooms upstairs; Master (queen bed) with attached private full bath, the Sage Room (queen bed), the Boat Room (queen bed) with attached full bath, and Sunflower room (2 twin beds).
