"I want to be transparent here. My room was barebones, but it is what I paid for, and for that I was satisfied. If you’re looking for the 5 star experience without paying for it, that’s unrealistic here for right now. The staff were friendly and flexible. It’s my hope that Richmond hotel will provide more amenities, upgrades, and repairs as it gets more guests there."

"I didnt even check in or attempt to when I saw that the office was run down and the paper sign said office in room 150. There was no using the pool AT ALL and 3 of 4 hotels buildings had caution tape on them from being condemned. Website should let someone know there was no way my 2 yr old was staying there. Refund and apology would be nice."

"This place isn't for anyone looking for high class or service. DEFINITELY not in the best neighborhood, not clean at all, and they keep the ice chest outside, but if you're looking for something quick and cheap then this is your place, but don't walk around at night because it's definitely not safe"

"We had a really wonderful stay at this historic home. Everything was as nice in the pictures as in person and the setting and location was even more beautiful in person. The home was very clean. The sheets and towels were very nice quality and there was plenty of toilet paper and paper towels stocked. The kitchen has everything we needed and was very modern. We highly recommend this place!"
