"This house was perfect for the multiple family trip we stayed there for! The house was clean and exactly like the listing! Lots of space, my kids LOVED the bonus room upstairs to play games and hang out away from everyone. My only complaint would be that the grass hadn’t been cut in a while, but we didn’t spend anytime outside for it to hinder our stay. Overall great place for the price and close to all amenities."

"My family loved staying at this property in Cary while we were in town for a graduation. First and foremost, Ryan is INCREDIBLY communicative and was super helpful throughout our stay. The property is very spacious, allowing our entire family to have the comfort of their room while also giving us space to spend time together playing games or sitting on the back patio. The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt safe the entirety of our stay. Definitely choose this property if you’re in the area!"

Well stocked kitchen..love the pay it forward concept...all guest were pleased.....perfect for pur fur baby's as well. Can't forget the communication was excellent and the personal attention to have groundsman show up to make sure we are ok was awesome as well..... This was my far one of my best stays... This...

I like the touches and I also like the smart TV. The host was very helpful. "Stayed at this adorable house for the weekend when down for my daughter's baby shower. Home was clean and exactly as depicted on the website. Property manager was very responsive to questions I had prior to arriving and answered them in a timely manner. House was close to town and perfect for my needs! Would highly recommend and stay there again in a heartbeat!"

"Quiet neighborhood. Roomy house. Plenty of parking available. Only TV in main living room. Bunk room is very small so won't work for any one with claustrophobia or uncomfortable in small spaces. Somewhat dark in living/bedrooms. Needed more towels in all bathrooms but sent over immediately. Added more hangers in closets as they were sparse. Iron scheduled to be replaced. Lots of stairs and front walk stones get very slick in damp conditions. Good place for families and especially with children."

"Overall, my experience was positive. The online pictures accurately depict the spacious house, providing ample room for people to spread out. The property's location is conveniently close to downtown and just blocks away from Shaw University. My dad particularly enjoyed the outdoor space, spending a significant amount of time there. The kitchen's open concept was ideal for both cooking and social interaction."

"Convenient location set back off road for lots of quiet and privacy. Beautiful home and backyard. Attentive owner who responded quickly to a repair need we faced. One challenge for our group of adults only: listing states 4 queen beds. They are actually full/double beds. Not an issue if used for children but adult siblings and cousins could not sleep comfortably. With 2 extra couches, we figured it out!"

"We stayed here with our teenage son for a baseball tournament. The home is very clean and well kept. The washer/dryer was a lifesaver! There is a small fenced-in back yard in addition to a comfortable living room to relax. Nearby there is pond with a walking trail. We enjoyed our short stay. It was much better than a hotel!"
