"Everything you need is in area"

"Overall the place looked very clean, but it had a strong smell of urine. We bought scented beads from Walgreens to try and take out the smell. Also, out the back door were a bunch black garbage bags full of what we assume was construction debris and an old sink. We opened that door to try and air out the apartment, but wasn’t a good view looking at that. I assume the place is newly renovated and the old stuff was thrown into the back yard. "We really enjoyed our stay at Erica's apartment! The space is airy and very spacious, the full kitchen was wonderful for making meals and snacks, everything was clean and comfy! Lots of windows, green spaces outside, and a fun and safe neighborhood. We had a busy weekend with lots of going in-and-out, so the simple code entry was a big plus to make that easy and quick. Erika was super-responsive and very helpful with every question or request. Would definitely stay again!"
