Entire house, it’s both apartments of a duplex connected inside by staircase, yet each has their own private entrance! 6 bedrooms, 6 queen beds, 2 full sleeper sofas, 2 eat in kitchens, 2 living rooms, laundry, and a front porch!
No smoking, outside smoking is allowed though.
Great for family or corporate gatherings. Next door to Yale, Less than a mile to Frank Pepe’s pizza and Italian district. Close to all sights. Stay and see the area and venture out as you are central between casinos and NYC

The whole home will be yours to use.
Some off street parking, lots of street parking. Heart of New Haven, yet located on a quiet one way street.

Guest access
Entire home, both units within the home, no other guests will be in the building as you are renting the whole house and building.

Other things to note
Parking area is tight for 3 cars plus another in the driveway. Street parking is free and easier!
No loud music after 8pm please, this is a residential area.
