Cleanliness, Staff Support, Safe environment , close to shopping, Buffet Breakfast (you have to pay extra for that, but it is worth it), No Tip Policy which doesn't leave you embarrassed especially if you don't have small change or no change at all.
Didn't like
The buffet dinner is extremely expensive. It is more than what we pay in Canada and USA.
The shuttle back and forth from Hotel to Airport is more too expensive comparing to Uber (found out later on).
The shuttle should be included as a common courtesy for guests especially if you are booking business class room."
