"I have to prefix that the photos that were shown on the website where not the same property, my husband and I were disappointed in this the property that we were given was still nice. The Villa had character with its decor and the room we stayed in was clean and warm (since we came in winter). The entire villa was well looked after, clean and was situated right in the heart of the Oaks property. We will definitely book again when we come back"

"I booked the accommodation well in advance but wasn't given any check in instructions. On the day of checking in, I tried contacting the host multiple times via calls and SMS to get the instructions, but received no response.I contacted Stayz and they weren't able to get in touch with the host either. Check in time was 2pm, I arrived at the accommodation at 10pm and wasn't able to access. I was travelling with my family and young kids; trying to find an alt accomodation so late at night was very...
