"The motel is nice. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was a good value for the money. The area around the hotel leaves something to be desired. The Ambridge Inn sits behind a business that has various construction materials stacked up. It's not messy with litter or anything like that but it is unsightly. In spite of that, I'd stay at the Ambridge Inn again."

"My mother and I stayed in Steubenville to attend my daughter’s college graduation. The location is in a neighborhood near the university. We spent most of our time in town at events. The house has one bathroom so was fine for the two of us to use without inconvenience."

"I was waited on by the owner Ken who was very kind and gracious but the employees were nowhere to be found when needed. This hotel is a Landmark of Rochester and very old but updated. The cleaning could have been much better but was not the worse I have ever encountered. They do offer free WiFi and is conveniently located in downtown Rochester. There is multiple stores within walking distance. "
