From the cleanliness of the parking lot and the eye-catching layout of the front lobby to the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms, to the relationships that are formed after multiple stays. "I had a very pleasant stay at Tru by Hilton. From the moment I checked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Every interaction during my stay was positive, which made the experience even better. The room was clean, modern, and well organized, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety to start the day. The location is convenient, with nearby restaurants and stores, which made everything easier during my stay. Special thanks to Darla and the rest of the staff for providing excellent customer service and making my stay enjoyable."

"We had a long drive behind us with more to come so stopped for the night. The hotel wasn’t fancy but was immaculate, comfortable, value-priced, and offered a breakfast spread equal to hotels that are 1-2 tiers more expensive. (Ask for cook-to-order eggs of any style!) Staff were friendly and competent. We did not use the pool or gym equipment. "
