Sunlight drenched four bedroom colonial ten minutes walk from downtown New Canaan. Eat in gourmet kitchen with gas stove, and fireplace. Office. Sitting room. Den. Dining room. TVs in almost every room. Great wifi. En suite master bedroom has two walk in closets and terrace overlooking patio and backyard. Two more bedrooms in the same area and a fourth, princess atelier, through the den (with another fireplace) complete a home just perfect for entertaining and relaxing.

Not what was expected.
Misleading write-up on bedrooms. Fourth bedroom was above the front living room without a door and very far from the bathrooms... It was shabby, shabby chic with a very squeaky bed and the box spring was old with holes and rusty. The couple who were to stay in that room refused and went to a hotel. All closets, drawers etc were totally full so hard to settle in. House was tidy but not clean. My family was disappointed.
