"Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and well equipped. A/C was effective and quiet, unlike the traffic - but it wasn't unduly disturbing. 10 mins away from New Cairo CBD - so good location. Only problem was the late breakfast time - but they did offer to deliver it early to my room if required"

The concierge arranged our lost baggage to be delivered to the hotel and helped us plan a Nile dinner cruise. The restaurants, particularly Lucca, have 5 star menus. The spa experience was one of the better ones I have had and prices were reasonable. The staff on the whole goes out of their way to make sure every aspect of your stay is top rate. No complaints."
