This vacation rental condo is located on (yes, I said on!) the beautiful spring fed Comal River. We are 3 minutes from Schlitterbahn! We are located next door to Texas Tubes and across the street from Landa River Trips. Public golf is right behind the park. Gruene Hall is only 3 1/2 miles & Whitewater Amphitheater is 14 1/2 miles. This one bedroom condo easily sleeps 4 adults and 2 children having a king size bed in the bedroom, a queen size sleeper sofa (not a futon!) in the living area and 2 child size bunk beds in a hallway nook for the kids! It comes complete with flat screen TV's, DIRECTV cable TV, microwave oven, toaster, full size refrigerator, cooking utensils, linens, pillows, bath towels and a cozy patio to enjoy the river view from.

Please do not leave trash in the condo or outside on the balcony. Please use the dumpsters. They are located across the parking lot between buildings B & C,
In the summer, as you leave, please set the thermostat to 78'. In the winter set the heat to 65' when the condo is unoccupied.

Great location to comal and to town. Clean condo, king bed was really comfortable and kitchen was stocked with essentials. Pool was shaded and had a great view of river. Overall, perfect spot for all activities. The entrance to the river was perfect for about a 4 hour float with all of the fun river chutes about an hour into the float.
