Welcome to the Guadalupe Escape, a charming two-bedroom, two-bath condo perfect for your next getaway.

This condo offers a prime location, nestled poolside to the courtyard pool featuring two hot tubs!

The oversized master bedroom boasts a comfortable king-size bed and a television, while the master bathroom features a convenient tub and shower combo. The guest bedroom is equipped with two twin beds and a television, and the guest bathroom offers a standalone shower, toilet, and single vanity. You'll feel right at home in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a full-size refrigerator, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker.

Step outside onto your private patio, which includes a private gate leading to the Courtyard pool. Two pools and four community hot-tubs onsite, with many charcoal grills spread throughout the property!

The property itself is nestled along the scenic Guadalupe River, and guests can even walk to the nearby Schlitterbahn water park or the Comal River.

Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, the Guadalupe Escape is the perfect base for your vacation experience.

We will send your check-in details 1 week prior to your stay! All check-in and check-out procedures are in your Visitors Guide upon arrival - as well as Things to Do and Places to Go :).

We are always available by call, text, or email. During your stay, we recommend to text for any questions or issues that may arise, as they will receive the fastest response after business hours! Our number will be provided following your booking. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns during your stay at our property!

*Monthly reservations during our popular winter months (January, February, and March) MUST be booked from the 1st to the 1st.
**Remaining off-season monthly stays must be booked for a FULL month (i.e. 1st to the 1st, 6th to the 6th, 27th to the 27th, etc)

We stock the property with all basic kitchen utensils (dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans). Our cleaning company provides a starter pack of toilet paper (2 rolls per restroom), paper towels (2 rolls in the kitchen), sponge (1), trash bags (3), dishwasher tablets (3), bar soap (1 per restroom), make-up wipes (2 per restroom), hand soap in the restrooms, and dish soap in the kitchen. We supply enough bath towels for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and half the guest count for hand towels and wash cloths. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for you to use at your convenience! We recommend for guests to bring any food, toiletries, and beach towels they may need during their stay!

The cleaning fee covers the cost for cleaning to come in, and flip the unit for the next arrival, especially during the summer when we have a four-hour turnover time. While the cost may seem high to some, this includes the starter pack of supplies in the unit, washing all of the linens and towels, and completely cleaning and sanitizing the unit for the next guests arrival. This is why we kindly ask you to remove all trash, run the dishwasher, and just put the linens and towels in a pile. If these items are not completed, it then causes the cleaning crew to spend extra time doing these tasks, which we have to charge the guest for. By the guests completing these tasks, and not leaving the unit excessively dirty, we are able to get cleaning in and out during the four hour turnover, and this is also how we are able to accommodate early check-ins! While this may not always be the case (sometimes we may have 20-40 turnovers in one day), we strive to accommodate guests and their schedules within reason, to allow you to have an enjoyable stay!

With any excessively dirty unit (excessive pet hair, vomit, stained sheets, stained towels, confetti/glitter, etc), we will have to charge the guest the additional cleaning. This happens very rarely, we just ask you be respectful of the property, as if it were your own home :).

-Renting party must be 23 or older (all members of the group must be 23yrs of age or older, unless there's a parent/guardian present during the entirety of the stay).  
-Must sign Rental Agreement prior to receiving check-in details- please let us know if you'd like a copy before booking (we can't attach)
-If booked on the same day or weekend, please call After-Hours # provided, as we can access our phone quicker than AirBNB
-No day visitors (6 guests-max occupancy- occupancy includes children)
-Bracelets are given for the max occupancy of the unit. These are to be worn to use the amenities on property.
-Max parking- 2 cars (in designated spots, towing will be enforced by a 3rd party company which unfortunately we have no control over- please use parking permits provided upon arrival)
-For stays over 28 days- max 1 guest per bedroom

I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. The condo was roomy. The beds were comfy. Patio backed to the pool. The back of the property opened up to a huge grassy area with a few picnic tables with standalone grills and another larger swimming pool. On the back end of the pool was the river. The beautiful river. Trees canopied the shallowed areas of small rapids. Several perfect places to plant your chair and relax with your favorite beverage as you watch the kids repeatably tube the rapids. We will definitely be back.

The condo was clean and spacious. I loved having the swimming pool right outside the back patio. Great location. The beds, all of them were terribly uncomfortable. And the pillows were flat as pancakes.

We checked into this unit, and my parents checked into another. Ours was extremely dirty and outdated. Our TVs did not work the whole time we were there even though they sent someone to look at them. I have complained to property manager as well, and they said they were going to clean it up, but I should have never been rented a property in that condition. We changed the shower liner ourselves, but floors turned everyone’s feet black, and so much debris on back porch that it was disgusting and breeding mosquitoes. I would not stay here again.

Rental wasn’t ready at check in time 😟. Dryer on / off switch broke on the 2nd night, and of course there were wet clothes on it. Would prefer to have a single cup coffee maker (just preference) since I was only coffee drinker and I only think 1. Pullout mattress needs update - very uncomfortable The above are the only negatives, overall the place was great!

First off communication with the owners was awesome! They emailed us our information to check in and while we were there let us know which tubing places were open and taking reservations which was great! The place a was fun and really good for younger atmosphere!

The place is awesome! As an annual river goer I have booked this same location for at least 4 times and have never experienced any issues. This year it accommodated the 6 of us perfectly. The condo is always supplied with everything we need. I've found it more convenient and less expensive throughout the years to buy groceries and cook our meals in the condo instead of eating out. We never lack any cooking utensils and have always been able to bbq just steps away. The pools are at a walking distance and both the Comal and Guadalupe are within a 7 minute or less drive. Its conveniently located to Canyon lake as well. I will continue booking with Kara and her associates since this condo comes with all the amenities you will need for a river getaway.
