Super cozy 2BR/2.5BA 40s-era cottage, spacious & beautifully renovated/remodeled, in a quiet desirable area bordering 2 historic neighborhoods. Just a 5 min drive from vibrant, historic downtown New Bern ( a walkable 1.5 mi), and a 3 min drive to the top-rated hospital, Carolina East (less than 1/2 mi). It boasts a work-from-home space if you absolutely must check in with the boss!
Comfy living room space with 50"TV with streaming services, Sling and Roku, and you can add your personal streaming apps. Primary BR has a Queen bed, blinds & blackout curtains and a full ensuite with step-in shower. Second bedroom also has a Queen bed, and 2nd bath has a tub/shower combo. Super easy keyless entry! Baby items (Pack N Play, Dine N Play) available on request for infants. Additional sleep space in the form of a convertible fold-out ottoman sleeps one extra person, whether child, teenager or smaller adult.
Within a 50 minute drive, you have beautiful beaches and the aquarium, Cherry Point, Croatan National Forest, and everything New Bern has to offer. Lovely, clean, comfortable & well-equipped!

Cozy Cottage is delightful. The hosts obviously care about their guests' comfort and seem to have thought of everything. Great communication. Very easy check in and check out. Well-equipped kitchen, great location. Thoughtful layout, quiet neighborhood. We were there for only two nights but hope to return for a longer stay in the future. Highly recommend it!

Lovely, well appointed home. Great backyard, peaceful, lots of birds. Close to downtown, excellent restaurants, Attentive hosts! What could be more?

The home was extremely clean. One of the cleanest homes we’ve stayed in. It was very well stocked and cozy. There was books to read and some puzzles and games to play. All bathrooms and facilities were up to date, spacious, and beautiful! We would definitely recommend staying here. Location to downtown New Bern was ideal. We could drive into the city within minutes to see all the popular sites. Check in was easy. Communication with the host was wonderful. We checked in late our first day due to traveling and the host had the home cool and had 5 waters already cold in the fridge for all 5 of our travelers. Such a wonderful experience.
