"The staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast area was not as good as it was 2 months ago. No fruit except for one apple. Waffle machine wasn't working and elevator was out."

"Once a month I travel from East Tennessee to Tupelo for visits with my grandkids for 3 days or more. We have stayed in many hotels but now prefer to stay at Red Roof because of the young lady who works at the front desk on day shifts mostly who always has a kind word an smile for us. She is professional, helpful and dedicated to her job from how good she is with us. We truly appreciate the clean rooms, safety, hotel staff, availability and consistency from all the people who are working with red roof. Thank you "

"Hotel Tupelo is an unusual experience in a city the size of Tupelo.. in a good way! Boutique hotel with a very nice restaurant, easy access to other dining and shopping options, as well as walkable in downtown Tupelo. Great place to stay when you’re in town!"

"Cons:Pillows were too soft. Walls are thin, could hear the doors opening and closing in the middle of the night. Breakfast choices were okay Pros: Clean, loved the bed and the shower. Happy there was no carpet. Coffee was good"
