"Paid extra to upgrade to a refurbished room, but the bathroom sink was cracked - disappointing in any room but especially so in a newly refurbished room - and the TV wasn't working properly (a member of staff did come and fix it). The hotel also has 4 Tesla Destination Chargers, one of which has been out of service for several months. I've reported this to the hotel, but they advise that it has nothing to do with them. Unfortunately they aren't able to advise who it should be reported to either."

"The hotel is a nice clean basic hotel. About a 7 minute walk to the East Croydon train station. Breakfast was a good selection. "

"Nice hotel, comfortable stay. Staff are great! Our air con stopped working so a member of staff came to try and fix it, we were given a fan too. The next morning as it still didn’t work they moved our bags for us and put us in another room (of course after we agreed to move). Breakfast had ample choice and was always kept topped up. Parking is opposite in a multi storey car park, you get a discount for being a hotel member. There’s a gym room with good machines, decent size for a hotel. Walkable to Croydon city center. We went to boxpark for dinner most days, plus their games were an added bonus as we have a child. Overall would stay again! "
