What an incredible stay i had in the YURT, I could not fault it one bit, the couple who run this site are so so lovely and i can’t thank them enough for being so accommodating, the room itself was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed, the hot tub was just such a perfect addition to the night. The games room was great fun and such a good thing for all ages. Thankyou so much for making our night so special, we will definitely be back !!!"

"We have stayed there before and wanted to return. It was so worth it. Nice room and wonderful restaurant with fabulous food and drink. I even had pancakes and the grill was broken! I had them two years ago and they were the best in Scotland so the owner made sure they could make them again!! They even recognized us (two traveling couples) from two years ago! Such amiable people! Five stars!!"

"We have been coming back to Saplinbrea for a number of years. The staff and the food are excellent. The whole hotel has great ambiance, and provides a wonderful experience. Only negative is that carpeting in corridors is a little tired."

"The room was clean. However, we stayed 4 nights and never had a housekeeping visit. We had to ask for clean towels and coffee replenishment. The other issue i had was the fact people were smoking very close to the entrance and the lobby smelled of cigarettes. The front desk staff were warm and helpful."

"All you could ask for in a B&B. Nice couple running it. Spotless, comfortable bedroom & en-suite. Very good cooked breakfast followed by excellent bean-to-cup coffee!"
