The rooms are tidy and clean with all basic inclusions. The breakfast and dining area was really good. If you’re lucky, the rooms have a view of balloons which take off in the morning. If not, you can go to the terrace which is a comfortable place to view it as well. The room I stayed in was otherwise small suited to a maximum of two. My only tip is to plan your pick up or shuttle if possible. Taxis cost to Göreme is about US 60 to US 70.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I initially wanted to experience a cave hotel, but the price here couldn’t be beat—it was much more affordable than the cave hotels. We also wanted space during our stay, and this place delivered. There were four of us, and the room included a separate living area, a bedroom area, and a huge bathroom that was almost the size of a standard hotel room. They provided slippers, bathrobes, soaps, shampoos, shoehorns, shoe polish, and other thoughtful amenities. The food was great too. We had to leave early at 6 a.m., and they even prepared a to-go breakfast for us to take on our journey.

The hotel location is great, walking distance from shops, restaurants. Hotel staff is very friendly, very helpful, and will go out of their way to accommodate you. The rooms are big and comfortable, and breakfast is great. Highly recommend!

We found the hotel to be very clean with staff very prompt in responding to any request. Breakfast was really nice with different options every day. The location is bit far from downtown center as you have to walk for 10- 15 mins for dinner/ lunch options Best thing is that you get discounts to the Royal hot Balloon and you don’t have to go anywhere as the hotel is the starting point for all the hot balloon trip

It's a great choice if you need a quite nice place to stay in Goreme. The staff were kind and helpful. Also, if you want to fly with Royal Ballon it's even better: discount for the flight, no need to get up earlier, and first hand info about the weather just by talking to the reception.

Nice hotel for the price, spacious room, great options of breakfast walking distance to main attractions in Goreme. Since they have a hot air balloon service they were able to arrange that as well! It was a great ride! This is not a cave room but a very nice option in town for a clean, comfortable good quality stay!

Perfect stay

We had a fantastic stay! The whole team is very friendly, helpful and welcoming, and I mean also the team from their sister company Royal Ballons. Check-in was easy and quick. We booked the balloon ride with them for the following morning and were lucky enough the weather allowed us to have this magic experience. The bedroom was very spacious, clean, well-decorated, charming and cozy. The bathroom was also very clean and the amenities were also very good. Breakfast was excellent, varied every day its offered of hot items and abundant. We stayed for seven nights and we strongly believe Capadoccia deserves more than those few days most travellers usually dedicate to it. Royal Stone Houses was the place for this prolonged stay. A special mention to the balloon experience must be made. We had a tasty light breakfast before the ride and were then driven to the site of take-off. The flight was super safe and smooth and our pilot was fabulous. After landing, which was super professionally assisted by the land team, we received medals and had a sparkling wine toast. As we returned to the hotel we had breakfast and, to our surprise, found a lovely complimentary fruit plate in our bedroom. We wish we could remember everyones' names as they were all great...Anyway, we send our thanks to Mustafa and Murat (breakfast) and Emir (reception) representing the whole staff and extending these to all of them.
