"We were lucky to have discovered this gem. The hotel was recently redesigned and rebranded. It is located within a short walk from the hustle and bustle of main street which was perfect for us. "We have stayed at this property a number of times over the years. The hamam, sauna, and pool are excellent and one of our biggest perks to stay. The other perk is usually the incredible view of the balloons that are launched early morning each day but unfortunately, neither of our 2 mornings there, were there any balloons. The reasoning was weather but the weather was beautiful each day. That, of course, is no fault of the hotel, just a disappointment to us. My only complaint was that the wifi...

"Staff absolutely amazing! To the chain who own this hotel. You have passionate- hardworking staff. Nothing is a problem. The Manger that was there for Breakfast serving us , then again later and at 3.30am made us Tea (himself) before our balloon ride There was also.
