"An absolutely fantastic hotel right in the heart of everything. We were two girls travelling after a work trip elsewhere and this hotel provided the luxury and comfort we were looking for. We were upgraded to a VIP transfer to/from the airport and greeted every morning by amazing staff. "チェックイン時の部屋が用意してなく、広い部屋なので2人でどうか？と提案される。結局2時間近くまたされた。 ドアの建て付けが悪くドアが開かなくなり閉じ込められたので部屋の内線電話は壊れており友人にスタッフに開けてもらうようお願いしたが、スタッフ自体が不在でホテルに来るのは2時間後とスタッフの知り合いに言われるしまつ。他にもTVのリモコンが壊れておりボリュームが勝手にMAXになる。 トイレの水を流したら止まらないでずっと流れてる。ホテルエントランスはスタッフと友人がゲームをして占領している。 大変な思いをしたホテルです。"

"Great hotel, great location, great amenities Only issue was the ritz Carlton driver on the way to the airport tried overcharging by an extra 500 lira even though it was a fixed fair. He backed down after some argument but not a nice look on the ritz Carlton to allow this type of behaviour "
