Maurizio was such a gracious host and was immediately avaliable to answer any question and to assist with any travel arrangement. "We spent a week here and truly enjoyed it. The location is perfect. Right in the historic district and a two minute walk to the Duomo. The street is quiet (we were there during May). Clarissa, the property manager, quickly responded to any and all questions. She gave great suggestions for restaurants and day trips and can help organize excursions for you (we did our own since we had a car). I saw some reviews complaining about the parking. "The place is just as wonderful as it looks. We rented it for our family of 5. It was clean, conveniently located, roomy, beautiful, etc. The pool is a plus on those warmer afternoons. Guiseppe’s parents showed us to the villa and were very kind and helpful. There was a big bowl of fresh fruits waiting for us and whatever fruit in season growing on trees, we were able to eat. I would go back any time."

"The outside space - swimming pool, seating area, BBQ etc - was fantastic and much bigger than expected. It was cleaned regularly and very relaxing. The apartment was small but perfectly big enough for the two of us. The bathroom needs some TLC as and shower wasnt the best. Some sort of welcome book and instructions would be helpful, and no wifi was suprising. It is a short walk to restaurants and to a fantastic beach."

"We echo all the good comments and give this place an A+ for location, cleanliness, elegance (ironed linens!!), and friendliness. We stayed here while "working from home", so not having WiFi was challenging... yet, the view, proximity to restaurants (and yet quiet setting), etc., more than made up for it. Not advisable for those who cannot/dislike walking uphill as it is a nice steep walk from the beach but... hey, a cardio workout is nice, especially when followed up by a shower... outdoors!...

"Really a terrific place to stay. Simple, efficient, well run, clean and an extremely helpful staff. The staff helped my daughter and I with great suggestions for day trips to nearby towns and beaches, including restaurant recommendations and useful tips on routes, etc. Breakfasts were great. Parking was very convenient and reasonably priced for the convenience of having a dedicated spot rather than constantly searching for street parking and having to pay. I saw some reviews mentioning sound from the bar in the evening but we experienced nearly complete silence in our 2nd floor room. We will definitely stay again next time we visit the region."
