Located in the peaceful countryside of Névez, this charming house welcomes you in a calm and green setting, just 650 m from the famous thatched cottages of Kerascoët, 2.4 km from Tahiti Beach and 1.6 km from Rospico Beach. Its privileged location makes it an ideal place for holidays with family or friends, close to the most beautiful sites of the area while enjoying the tranquillity of the countryside. With a living area of 127 m², the house can accommodate up to 6 guests and is set on a 500 m² plot.



Upon entering, you will discover a large, bright living and dining area open onto a brand-new, fully equipped kitchen, offering a warm and comfortable space to share quality moments. A separate toilet is also available on the ground floor.



Upstairs, three beautiful bedrooms, each decorated in a different theme, offer cosy and relaxing spaces. You will also find a modern shower room with a walk-in shower, as well as a second toilet.



A final staircase leads to a children’s area including a bedroom with a single bed and a room that can be used as a reading corner or a playroom. A baby cot is available (no high chair).



Outside, you can fully enjoy the 500 m² garden, equipped with a table, sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals and relaxing moments in complete tranquillity.



Linen rental: Our concierge service offers linen rental for the duration of your stay: bed linen + bath towels kit: €20 per bed.

1 bed 160 x 200 in the Rospico bedroom

2 beds 90 x 200 in the Dourveil bedroom, which can be joined together or separated on request to form a 180 x 200 bed
