"Wir haben nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise hier verbracht und waren sehr angenehm überrascht. Wir haben nicht damit gerechnet, abseits der Hauptstrecke ein so angenehmes Hotel zu finden. Große gemütliche Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, Möglichkeit zu einem Spaziergang zur Burg - es passte alles. Gerne wieder!"

"von 10.00 bis 18.00 versucht Rezeption zu erreichen um Buchung zu ändern. Niemand erreichbar oder belegt. Rückruf nach 18.30 , da war jedes Gespräch sinnlos. Mag ja nettes Hotel sein aber nen Telefonhörer abzunehmen sollte möglich sein innerhalb von 8 Stunden. Daher bestimmt niocht wieder."

They didnt have an elevator so I told them i have a baby and they should change my room to the first floor but they denied because they said it will cost them! "We get to the hotel and greet the receptionist and say we have a reservation and she starts speaking in german and say we don't have a reservation (i think) in a very angry way, and when i didn't understand she got even angrier and gesticulates at us, and then guy shows up that speaks good enough english and we ask what's wrong and he says nothing and we get our key.
