"Don’t be mislead by the age of the house; it was impeccably clean and organized. The neighborhood, though not centrally located for university access, was close to downtown and south Duff businesses plus convenience stores and several restaurants. The neighborhood was extremely quiet. It suited my needs perfectly."

"Nice place for reunion of 5 college friends. It was nice to have a bed for each of us. However, 2 of the beds were in an unfinished basement, basically a big open space. It would be very helpful if there was a bathroom (or at least a powder room) there. While the listing was technically correct, it was a little misleading saying there are 5 beds.. Overall, we had a great stay as the main floor was well furnished. Nice walk to nearby coffee shop."

"This house was lovely and just perfect for what we needed. We were going to a family wedding and needed a house for two nights. We had our daughter, spouse and 3 grandchildren with us. The house had everything and more for a VRBO. I highly recommend this house. The kids were happy and so were we!! They had blankets, games, puzzles, great outdoor swing, grill, and everything we needed to make breakfast each morning! They made life easy for people traveling and making it feel like home!!!"
