"How did this hotel only get 9/10 in reviews?. Everything was great. The room was clean and well equipped, the bed really comfortable and the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We ate in the restaurant and found it airy with a relaxed atmosphere, service and food were great. Would completely recommend this hotel."

"Very comfy bed, quiet and clean. Just what you need really. All clean and new feeling. Better than most of these ‘by the motorway’ stops. Very easy with my big dog. Really great having restaurants open late around so we could arrive late. Certainly will be my regular stop."

"It’s a very animal friendly house as she has horses/dogs/birds/chickens and even a peacock!! The pool was a great relief after a long drive and that’s also where we enjoyed breakfast the following morning. The owner Laura was very nice and showed us to our rooms in the house with our own fans and bathroom (shower). We went for dinner at the local restaurant which was ok but next time I’d go in to Bourges town. It was very near a Super U, a carrefour which both had petrol and a Lidl for bread in the morning"

"We stayed for one night in the family suite. Big living space and 2 good sized bedrooms with aircon in each room. Kitchen facilities as well. Plenty of parking. Easy self service check-in. Breakfast was included in our rate. Not a buffet style but plenty of breakfast provided which was continental. Location quiet but a bit out from the centre. We decided to get a uber there and back as it was supposedly a 20 + min walk to the old town. No on site staff, however all communication was excellent. Would highly recommend."
