The newly built in 2010 Villa sun terrace has four tasteful, family-friendly apartments in sizes from 75 - 120 m². It is located on the outskirts of the small seaside resort Pelzerhaken in a quiet side street, about 300m from the main beach. Experience a sophisticated holiday, in a family environment, away from mass tourism. Our very young guests have a small playground in the back garden with sandbox and giant trampoline. In addition, you have a wagon for exploitation. If necessary, and availability (please inquire), we can provide a cot and / or highchair available free of charge. Each apartment includes a free parking space in front of the house. Motorbikes and sports equipment can be parked (locked up) in a separate garage if required. The small seaside Pelzerhaken located on a wide sandy beach facing south. You will find a well-designed beach promenade with boardwalks through the Baltic Sea dune landscape and a location on the main beach beach bridge. Various localities and restaurants invite you to linger. Dog in this property only in apartment 4 from October to March.

Arrivals are possible from 13:00 to 20:00 and departures from 00:00 to 10:00.

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. War alles da, was wir brauchten. Kleiner Garten für Kinder (2 und 4 Jahre alt) mit diversen Spielmöglichkeiten. Großes Bad, schöne Küche, bequeme Betten - alles wunderbar.

Die Feierwohnung hat eine prima Ausstattung. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Einen Extrapunkt gibt es für die Bereitstellung von Handtucher und Bettwäsche. Einer vierköpfigen Familie erspart das viel Stauraum im Auto. Vielen Dank für den kleinen Luxus😉.Die Lage der Wohnung ist abgelegen, aber mit dem Auto ist man sehr schnell am Supermarkt und Ausflugszielen. Ans Meer kann man in 10 min laufen. Wir würden wiederkommen😁

Schönes Apartment
Das Apartment ist in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch mit kleinen Kindern kein Problem es gibt Spielsachen für drinnen und draußen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal wiederkommen.

Sehr schöne moderne Ferienwohnung, sehr sauber und gepflegt
Supernette Vermieterin. In der Wohnung bleiben keine Wünsche offen. An alles wurde gedacht. Die Küche ist sehr sauber wie auch alle anderen Zimmer. Handtücher liegen bereit und die Betten sind bezogen. Schöne großzügige Räume und sehr ruhige Lage. Uns hat alles sehr gefallen.
