The only skyscraper with 11 floors directly on the promenade of Pelzerhaken. Located directly on the Seehotel "Eichenhain". Wonderful panoramic view over the Baltic Sea. Indoor pool, outdoor swimming pool, sauna, solarium in the house. Important note: Due to repairs, the swimming pool is expected to be closed until June 2019. The sauna remains open.

Stylish decor including flat screen TV and cuddle couch invites you to relax and makes for cozy evenings. White painted walls and high quality flooring give the 42 sqm apartment optically a special flair that invites you to relax. The cupboard can be converted with fast handle in a comfortable double bed with new bed bases and latex mattresses, so that even in the morning immediately after waking up can enjoy the sea view. The small country-style kitchenette includes everything you both for morning coffee and requires a delicious dinner. 4-ring ceramic hob, fridge, sink, dishes and worktop with extractor guarantee cooking fun on vacation The tasteful bathroom with terrakottafarbenem floor and white tiled walls ensures relaxation after a busy vacation day. Both shower and toilet and vanity are kept in subtle white. In addition to the comfortable double bed in the living area there is another small interior room with two sleeping possibilities for children or guests. A bunk bed with new mattresses is here for restful nights ready. The apartment is equipped with electric external blinds. 2 bicycles are available for free use. Bed linen and towels are please bring!Coin-operated washing machine and dryer are in the basement.
