The house is old but because of this it is very charming, but if you are used to all the modern luxeries than it is not for you. The beds/matrasses are very good. This is not always the case in rental vacation homes. There is an outside sitting area which is covered, so even when it is raining you can sit ourside. The sauna is also a very nice plus. "Diese Ferienhaus kann man nur empfehlen! Ruhige Lage inmitten dem schönen Pfälzerwald mit unendlichen Wanderwegen. Tolle, sehr geschmackvolle Ausstattung. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht - inclusive einem voll bestückten Getränkekühlschrank zu sehr moderaten Preisen...Und der Pool im großen Garten lädt mit geheiztem Wasser zum Schwimmen ein.Der sehr nette, humorvolle Besitzer gibt bei Bedarf Tipps zur Umgebung. Herzlichen Dank für die tolle Kommunikation! Die Zeit ging viel zu schnell...

"The hosts were fabulous, and their garden and pool is amazing. The apartment is clean, quite, well furnished, and comfortable. It is somewhat central in the wine region, but the village is very small compared to other bigger towns like Bad Durkheim."

"We had the most amazing stay here! The view was beautiful, the beds were so comfortable, and the house was equipped with everything we could ever need. Peter was a gracious host, he surprised us with welcome treats and very responsive with any questions we had. There were quite a few stairs to get the home, but don’t let it deter you. "The proprietor was very helpful and responsive. The website did not clearly show that it was more like a B&B with shared facilities. The room was clean and adequate. Parking could be a substantial problem if one of the 3 spots in front of the house are not available. "

"Host was was very helpful. The apartment was beautiful, surrounding vineyards and orchards were a walking paradise. A short walk takes you to a great grocery store. "

"Loved everything. The breakfast was outstanding- so much variety. Since we had to check out at 6:00 AM on a Saturday, the concierge offered us a lunch packet to go. The chef surprised us with a yummy selection which we happily ate on the train to Paris. Everyone was very courteous and friendly. "

"The ATLANTIC Hotel was exactly what I was looking for! An upscale hotel near the Heidelberg Main Train Station, which had a cafe and an excellent restaurant. I was worried about train noise, but never heard a thing. It was like watching a silent movie. The Local Bus Stop was a few hundred feet from the hotel entrance, behind the tourist information building. The tourist office even sells tickets to Heidelberg Castle and the Funicular to get up and back. Very convenient! Took the bus to the University Plaza and the Funicular was at the end of the street. Decided to take an Uber back to hotel for less than $10. The Atlantic Hotel is basically a 5 star hotel with a 3 star price. "

"The hotel is in an excellent location with superb transport access, situated right next to the central train and bus stations. The rooms are clean and tidy, making for a pleasant stay. The front desk staff were very friendly and went out of their way to assist us when we needed help communicating with a third party for other matters. Their warm and helpful service truly stood out."
