"An average non-descript generic chain hotel with way overpriced breakfast, considering that the selection is at the level of a three star hotel. Quite expensive underground parking (considering the out of center location), but a nice perk is the free EV charging. Don’t pay for the breakfast and it’s an excellent deal out of season. "

"I paid Parking for five days. Every time I went out, I had to fight not to pay again because the tickets the Hotel gave me would not work. Frustrated… I could not take my car in and out… So I was limited to using my car. Very frustrating!!!!!!! One of the times I had to back up and then take my car and go park it again… you had to walk all the way from Lyle into the subway hub all the way around building to get back to the hotel… …….basically they said we’re third-party. We can’t help you and I’m like no no no no we’re not doing that…!!! This was my first time to Vienna,… First time with a car in Vienna, so that was the ultimate “WORST PARY”of staying at this hotel!! I have to say because of this my first visit to Vienna, was ruined because of the Parking… (sidenote… Even at the Information center, they’re very frustrated with you. They keep telling you to go over to the kiosk and get a ticket… If you don’t know: “ HOW TO USE”. the kiosk that’s absolutely no help… Very hard to find someone patient and kind to help me with the subway, the bus in the tram. !!! Note to Hotel… You need to work out a better arrangements with the parking garage. If you take our money, we should have “ NO”problem with the parking garage!!! Other than that, the hotel is amazing… The location is amazing…"

"Clean room, great breakfast and great location"

"Room was clean & comfortable, the open plan nature meant there was a lack of privacy when showering and drying. I was sharing a twin room with a friend, not family. The breakfast was good. Same every day, but enough choice. There was a scram for the pastries as these disappeared quickly and were not replaced. Staff were polite and helpful. The underground was 10 paces from the main door out onto the street, we used this to go to various tourist sites. Overall really pleasant, easy to get around from, so location was great. "

"Lovely big, clean and comfortable room. Great location right on the U4 line and close to Easter markets at Schönbrunn palace. Great breakfast. Best thing about it though is the staff, all of whom were lovely, helpful, friendly and thoughtful."

"We had an amazing stay at Hampton by Hilton Vienna West. The staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and any requests seamless. The hotel is very well-connected: tram, metro, and bus stops are all within a 5-minute walk, and the airport is just 30–40 minutes away using public transport. It’s about 15 minutes to the city center and main attractions, which is perfect for sightseeing. Luggage storage was available, which was a big help on our last day. Breakfast was a highlight—buffet style, starting at 6 am, ideal for early tours. Rooms were comfortable and clean, and the 24/7 gym is a great bonus. Overall, a top choice for convenience, comfort, and service in Vienna."

"Arrived very late because of some issues, but got a warm welcome from the staff. This hotel is near a train stop making it easy to get to the city center. I loved the elegant room decor. This is across the Schrobunn Palace and grounds. Great value!"

"Stayed with my family of four for three nights in early April as we were visiting the Easter markets in Vienna. When we checked in, there were some renovations taking place in the lobby, but they were cleared up by the next morning and everything was very clean. We patronized the restaurant for dinner one night and found it to be of great value and the food was very good. The room temperature was perfect and the heated floors in the bathroom were a nice surprise. Also, the tram stop was only about a five minute walk. I’d definitely recommend."
